Graduation booking privacy policy

When you use the graduation booking portal, we process:

• Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Your selected packages, quantities, appointment date and time, prices and booking reference.
• Payment status, amounts and transaction references, and the associated appointment, invoice and accounting payment references.
• Your acceptance of the booking terms and the version presented at checkout.
• Information you provide when asking us for booking support.

We use this information to reserve and provide your photography session, verify payment, manage appointments, issue paid invoices, and respond to booking questions. We also use transaction records for accounting, reconciliation and handling payment or booking disputes.

Required contact and session details are needed to complete a booking. Booking information is not a request to use your photographs in marketing.

Bank of Maldives handles card entry and payment processing on its hosted payment page. The Studio7 portal receives payment references and status; it does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

When a booking is confirmed, Zoho Bookings receives the contact and session details needed to schedule it. After payment is verified, Zoho Books receives the customer and payment details needed to issue a paid invoice and record the payment.

Railway hosts the website, booking database and operational logs. Sanity manages and serves the website's public content; the graduation checkout does not submit customer booking records to Sanity.

The cart uses your browser's session storage to remember the packages you select. A booking access cookie lets this browser view its payment status and paid invoice. Staff sign-in uses a separate access cookie. These access cookies are set for seven days.

The hosted payment page and other services you visit from this website may use their own cookies and privacy policies.

Connections to the hosted website and payment provider use HTTPS. Access to the graduation administration area requires staff authentication. Booking status and invoice access require the booking's browser access cookie or authorized staff access.

Do not send full card details or card security codes to Studio7 by email or WhatsApp. Use the hosted bank payment page for card entry.

We retain booking, payment and accounting information for service delivery, support, reconciliation, disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. This portal does not automatically delete transaction records after a fixed period.

Contact Studio7 to ask about your information, request access or a correction, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before sharing booking information. Some records may need to be retained for accounting or other applicable obligations.
